Atheroma

It is a pity that we still speak about "cholesterol" and not about blood lipid particles. The second point is that the presence of blood lipid particles in large transfer arteries is only the result of a chronic and iterative damage to the inner border of the arterial wall. Those particles have no way to exit from this wall and initiate a complex reaction which is primary inflammatory.
Why are large arteries leaking on the inner side?
Obviously not because of saturated fats.
