Why I do not recommend such a breakfast?
Eggs are fried in vegetable oil which is probably oxidized. Veggies are cooked. No fresh leaves. Meat except bacon is processed...
Instead I recommend two soft eggs 3'. Fresh raw veggies green red and yellow. Bacon Ok but with smoked salmon or marinated mackerels. No white bread and whole grain rye bread not fried if you want some cereals. I would prefer oats. Cheese made from mountain raw milk like Beaufort or Comté d'Alpage. Fresh fruits.
Water, and an adaptogen coffee or green tea.
