My comment
1/ Alzheimer’s disease is a very complex illness mainly associated with aging but not always. Animal models are very difficult to engineer because of this complexity
2/ Canola oil is oilseed fat and those grains are far from the wild ones. So it is a mess to incriminate any component of those oilseed fats.
3/ Perhaps olive oil is less different now than before the agricultural era.
4/ eating olives, avocados, coconut, is preferable than the tons of vegetable oil we are using today. Surely we never ate canola seeds or any other oilseeds...
