My advice:
Don't use chicken bones nor industrial hen soup concentrates, even organic.
Bone broth is tastier with cow bones. Use free range grassfed cows from mountain farming and you will not have an increasing lead burden from your bone broth. More, you will BTW eat the bone marrow...
And serve the bone broth and its bone marrow with a roquette or a celery salad as side dish...
