The most terrific misleading information in nutrition is about sugars

A lot of nutritional labels mislead the consumer about sugar, sugars, carbs, glucose, fructose and other names of carbs like maltodextrins, starches, dextrose, etc.

Why?

because all this stuff ends in GLUCOSE (mainly) or FRUCTOSE or GALACTOSE.
And every molecule of glucose absorbed is sensed by our sensors to secrete insulin (between other feedback secretions).
