Bullet Coffee is an ultra-low-carb start you should try regularly.
I do it with excellent coffee in a good espresso machine.
I add a full-rounded coffee spoon of 30-50% fresh cream. You could replace it with raw butter or coconut fat.
You could pour a small amount of spices.
1/ Espelette pimento
2/ Black pepper
3/ Nutmeg
4/ Ginger
5/ Turmeric
6/ Cinnamon
Digestibility and absorption are favoured by fat.
For a post-lunch or dinner coffee four sprays of orange flower water.
