Try this:
Oat grains soaked one day before and gently cooked ! They are ready when they open.
A small spoon of raw honey, another time some pure cacao powder, or mixed with tea or coffee, or with some fresh fruits and so on !
That's true ALL NATURAL cereals !
It's easy to prepare and if you buy those ingredients in bulk it's CHEAPER!
