Avoid any processing: vitamin E and filtering

We are comparing a filtered extra virgin olive oil and an unfiltered extra virgin olive oil. In this comparison  we will focus on the vitamin C content.
Filtered extra virgin olive oil contains 14.35 mg per hundred ml of oil.
Unfiltered olive  oil, also extra-virgin contains 22.9 mg per hundred ml!
Difference is huge!
 And 60.2 µg per hundred ml of Phylloquinone
