Green salad with unfiltered olive oil, cider vinegar (homemade in bottles) and salt with "piment d'Espelette". Three oysters from Leucate, raw and two free pastured eggs "coque" (3' in hot water). Small espresso wit a pinch of salt. Two glasses of tap water.

3 slices of 12-month Serrano jam (70g) and slices of Chorizo (60g) with Gaspacho (300ml).  One Roll Mops (canned). A piece of Comté 12-month and of Salers both 100 grams. One big mango mature. One glass of tap water.
Day off for sport.

Almonds soaked in tap water without skin: 10. Bullet coffee with two espressos and two teaspoons of 35% fat Crème Fraiche from Isigny and a pinch of natural Atlantic salt (Guérande). One glass of water with Nigari salt.

Superb free-range pork sirloin or rib chop 2 cm thickness. In the pan low-temperature cooking or in a pot directly in the oven same temperature. you need time but with an electronic timer or even a smartphone it is easy. Some red peppers in olive oil and garlic.
