You need Calcium? You went paleo recently?

Usually 9/10 of my friends who went paleo and even men ask the terrific question: how can I find Calcium for my bones in my new diet?
Ok I know they need protein and sun or vitamin D, but if they eat paleo they will find a lot of calcium in greens and ... Oysters! More delicious than raw parsley!
