Season of allergy

Diet may play a role in allergy ...
Allergy is common but the magnitude of the storm which  follows the encounter between allergens and your immune cells depends on the immune re-activity which is modulated by previous contacts,  diet, brain and genetics.
If you have symptomatic allergy in this spring try this combination:
1/ eat fatty fish daily or take high dose of krill oil (for instance 4caps/day)
2/ eat algae and especially spirulina, those veggies are anti-infmamatory and diminish the magnitude of the allergic storm.
3/ stop high GI foods
4/ stop dairy pasteurized products and take some amounts of spontaneous raw milk preferentially goat except if you are allergic to milk. If you are allergic to milk or if you are not drink fruit Kefir and Kombucha. Eat fermented veggies like sauerkraut (Choucroute).
5/ inhale essential oil of Eucalyptus radiata (not grabata which is too irritant) when you get out of bed and if necessary two or three times per a day. You can put two droplets of this essential oil in you suprasternal notch.
If you are uncomfortable despite these measures take a medical advice to get anti-allergic drugs and you will see that you will need them shorter and in lower doses.
