This diagram should be completed  by the absolute risk of the different cancers in women.in fact a decreasing risk of ovarian or endometrial cancer comes with a price. If the increased risk of breast and liver. cancers  outweighs in terms of deaths the saved lifes of woman who did not have an ovarian or an endometrial malignant tumor the benefit is obviously inexistent and potentially there could be a true cumulated risk.
