Meat and meat products consumption in France

My advices:
Eat fresh or frozen grassfed meat from beef, bison, lamb or free range pork. Don't forget snails.
Eat offal especially liver
Eat fresh or frozen fish, seafoods 
Eat rabbit and game meat.
Don't transform them at high temperature. 
No meat without a salad.
